Patio doors lead to the side terrace with integrated charcoal BBQ and food prep area. A separate utility room houses the washing machine, tumble dryer and iron & ironing board.
Bedrooms one and two are on the ground floor of the villa. Bedroom one has twin beds; split a/c; double wardrobes with safe; an en suite shower room; dressing area and doors to the terrace with table football table.
Bedroom two has twin beds, split unit a/c; dressing area and en suite shower room. There is an additional guest cloakroom on the ground floor of the villa.
Bedrooms three and four are on the first floor. Bedroom three has a double bed (2.00 x 1.60 metres); split unit a/c; an en suite bathroom with double vanities, bath and separate shower and patio doors to the large first floor terrace.
Bedroom four is the master suite, complete with split unit a/c, double bed, wall mounted flat screen TV, dressing area, en suite bathroom with double vanities, bath and separate shower unit and patio doors to the first floor terrace.
The extensive and private grounds of Quinta do Sol enable you to relax in tranquility on your luxury villa holiday with family and friends.The swimming pool measure approximately 10 x 5 metres with steps entry and can be heated for a supplementary charge. There is plenty of space for parking on the villa forecourt, protected by the electric entry gates and telephone entry system.
Please note that due to the extensive size of the plot and the lake that young children staying at this villa will need to be supervised at all times.
